Limited Warranty- MD Materials Only
MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY- MD Enterprises, Inc. (MD) warrants it products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date the product is delivered to the Original Purchaser. "Original Purchaser" is that person or entity who purchases MD products for their own use. This warranty is subject to the terms, provisions, exclusions and limitations set forth herein.

Extended Warranty
MD's "ARMORGRIP" ROOF PANALS- TWENTY (20) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY- MD warrants to the Original Purchaser that it will repair or, in its discretion, replace the roof panels and roof framework materials damaged by wind loads or snow loads, except when caused by flying or falling object, for a period of twenty (20) years for the date the MD product is delivered to the Original Purchaser.

MD warrants to the Original Purchaser that it will repaint or, in its discretion, replace any roof panel materials due to cracking, peeling or checking which occur under normal weathering conditions.

This warranty is a limited warranty subject to the terms, provisions, exclusions and limitations set forth herein.

STEEL LINED WALL OR DOOR PANELS- LIFETIME "KICK-THRU" LIMITED WARRANTY- MD warrants to the Original Purchaser that it will repair or replace any steel lined wall or door panel which is kicked through all the way by a horse. This warranty applies whether or not the kick through results form any defect in MD Made Materials and said warranty shall continue indefinitely while the Original Purchaser continues to own the MD barn in which that panel was originally installed.

MD shall not have any responsibility under this "Kick-Thru" Warranty unless the Original Purchaser notifies MD in writing, of their claim within (10) days after they become aware they may have a warranty claim, and unless the Original Purchaser does whatever is necessary or appropriate to enable MD to discharge its responsibility under this Limited Warranty.

The terms and conditions of this "Kick-Thru" Warranty are subject to the terms, provision, exclusions and limitations set forth herein.

Written approval by MD must be obtained prior to having any repairs made or parts replaced under this Limited Warranty. Any such unauthorized claims will not be paid my MD. Written or verbal commitments by salesmen, dealers and distributors do not qualify.

If shipment of products and components replaced or repaired under this Limited Warranty is approved, in writing in advance by MD, MD shall bear the cost of the shipment of such products and components.

Repairs and replacement parts authorized by MD shall be subject to this Limited Warranty for the remainder, if any, of the aforesaid one (1) year period.

The Original Purchaser, to assure the protections provided by this warranty, must complete the MD Warranty Registration Card and return it to the Corporate Offices of MD within ten days of receipt of the materials. IF you do no have a registration card it is the Original Purchaser's obligation to contact MD immediately for a duplicate copy.

Warranty Exclusions
THE FOLLOWING ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED FROM THE LIMITED WARRANTY - 1) Incidental, cosmetic or consequential damages. 2) Damage caused in shipment. 3) Damage resulting from acts of God, war or riots. 5) Equipment and parts which have been altered in any way whatsoever without written authorization from MD. 6) All repairs and replacement parts not authorized by MD. 7) Any labor cost incurred in removing or reinstalling MD parts or products. 8) MD does not warrant unfinished natural-wood wall and door panels. MD RECOMMENDS THAT YOU HAVE ALL NATURAL-WOOD WALL AND DOOR PANELS SEALED AND THEN PAINTED OT PROTECT THEM FORM THE EFFECTS OF THE ELEMENTS AND USE. Because MD has no control over the matter, Original Purchaser agrees that any warping, separation or surface damage or deterioration of any wall or door panels is not due to any defect in material or workmanship, and is not covered by this Limited Warranty, and amounts to something for which MD is not responsible.

Warranty Limitations
The Original Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy for breach of warranty is expressly limited to: 1)return of goods and repayment of the purchaser price, or 2) repair and replace nonconforming goods or parts as set forth herein. The maximum liability of MD in connection with this Limited Warranty shall not in any event exceed the original price paid for the product claimed to be defective or unsuitable.

MD MAKES NO OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT AND COMPONENTS AND THE FOREGOING IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXCEPT TITLE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND MD MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE OR USE.
